Prevent Misdirected Packages

Do not ship to an address that is not shown for the current request or reuse an address from an older request.

After your package arrives, we compare the received items, quantities, accessories, and condition with your request.

Progress and any action required from you appear in My Account.

What We Check

If We Need More Information

If a follow-up request appears, review its response deadline and follow the on-screen instructions.

Review the itemized quote and final amount, complete any required action, and payment will be processed to the registered account in your name.

Cancellation

You can cancel from My Account before shipping. After shipping, you cannot cancel the request; follow the options shown when inspection is complete.

Shipping terms may differ by request. Use the current request page instead of instructions from an earlier transaction.

The shipping address, shipping method, and shipping-cost terms match the current request
The items and quantities match the request and are securely packed
You keep the tracking number and register any shipment details requested on the page
