Create a Business Account

Choose the business account option, enter the company and representative details, and upload the verification documents requested on the page.

Submitting Documents

Upload documents containing sensitive information only through the designated field on the registration page.

Check the verification status in your account. If more documents are required, submit them through the instructions shown there.

Starting a Transaction

A buyback request cannot be finalized in the business name until verification is complete.

Enter the items and quantities, then review eligibility, handoff method, and shipping terms on the request page.

For bulk shipments, match each box number to the item list as instructed on the page.

Before Shipping or Visiting

Do not use a shipping address or handoff method that has not been confirmed on the current request.

Review the quote for each item and any reason for a difference. After acceptance, payment will be processed to the registered business account.

Additional verification may be required if the registered business and payout account names do not match.
