Individual Review Required

Our staff visit your specified location to collect items for buyback.

Our staff will review the request after submission. Do not ship, bring in, or hand over items until approval is confirmed.

Check Availability and Eligible Items
Review eligible items and reference prices in the product list, then confirm that in-store service is currently available.
2.
Submit Your Request Online
Select the items and quantities you want to sell, review the displayed terms, and submit your request.
After submitting, check My Account for its status and your next step.
3.
Bring Your Items and Required Documents
Go to the location shown in your request and bring the items, accessories, and identity documents requested on the page.
4.
Review the Quote and Complete the Sale
Review the quote based on the actual item condition and your request, then choose whether to accept it.
After you accept, follow the on-screen instructions to receive your payout.

No store is accepting drop-offs right now. Use another buyback method or contact us for current availability.

Customers under 18 cannot use this service.
We cannot accept stolen or unlawfully obtained items.
We cannot accept counterfeit or imitation items.
If the received item differs from the request, the final price may change or we may be unable to accept it.
